Description

Summary: one samian rim sherd frieze of mytical creatures and figures that is recorded as "not in report. condition is too good for Westbury" so origin is uncertain/questioned, from Westbury Iron Works, Heywood, Westbury, Wiltshire, excavated by Mr Henry Cunnington, 1877-82.
