Identification note: Part of a collection of items donated to the Museum by local historian, John Girvan. The items were salvaged from various properties in Devizes as the buildings closed or fell into disuse.

Summary: Hardware from A T W Mathews Ironmongers, later Dickenson & Harland Bicycle Shop (i) cast iron pot hook (ii) enamel kettle (iii) cast iron pressure cooker; all found in the hearth. (iv) iron sythe blade (v) iron mole trap (vi) two fleece combs (vii) iron mitre clamp.
