Home Education Sessions: Roman themed (over 8s)

Handle Roman artefacts to find out about Roman houses and Roman life in Wiltshire.

Identify and record artefacts, have a go at writing on a wax table, play a Roman game and make a Roman mosaic.

Price:
£5 per child

Adult supervision required:
Adult – one accompanying adult (per child) – free
Additional adult per child – £3

Time: 10.30am-12.30pm.
You are welcome to us our lecture room or outdoor area for a picnic and then carry on exploring the rest of the Museum after lunch.

Ages: over 8s. We can accommodate siblings outside these ages who want to come along: under 8s who would like to take part will need a ticket, but we would ask that babies/toddlers are not brought along, as these sessions are aimed at this older age group.

Refreshments:
we do not have an on-site cafe, but you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
